When choosing to work with Myk Baxter Marketing (MBM UK), we request a non-refundable deposit at the point of engagement. This deposit covers:
Securing dedicated time in our production schedule
The time required for research, planning and direction
Setting up the development and testing environment
As we take on no more than six website projects at a time, accepting your project means turning away others. For this reason, the deposit remains strictly non-refundable, including situations where you decide not to continue.
In addition, any value-added package deals, discounted service bundles or promotional rates offered by Myk Baxter Marketing (MBM UK) are also non-refundable, as these are provided at a reduced cost based on your commitment to proceed.
The same terms apply when we are engaged by a partner, agency or reseller. The agreement is made with the partner agency, and:
All deposits are non-refundable for the reasons noted above
No refund will be issued if the end client chooses not to proceed
This includes white-label work delivered under the agency’s brand
Where a reseller passes a client to us and MBM UK invoices the client directly, the client is treated as an MBM UK customer. However, deposits and any discounted or value-added packages remain non-refundable.
In extreme or unusual cases, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but this remains entirely at the discretion of Myk Baxter Marketing (MBM UK).
